Board & CEO Questions
External perspective is usually most valuable when the situation is demanding, decisions are difficult, or there is uncertainty about how well the leadership team is really working.
Do we have absolute clarity about our strategy and purpose?
Do we have a leadership team that truly works as a team?
Does the leadership team make effective decisions that move the business forward?
Is the CEO supported and challenged in the right way?
Is there enough trust, accountability and constructive challenge within the leadership team?
Can the leadership team lead the company through the next phase?
Are difficult issues discussed openly or avoided?
Recognize These Situations?

Decisions are slow, unclear or keep returning.
There are trust issues or tensions within the leadership team.

About Me
For more than 25 years I have worked with leaders, entrepreneurs and organizations in demanding leadership situations.
My work is based on long experience in leadership, strategy, operations and working with leadership teams in different organisations and situations.
I combine business understanding, organisational insight and leadership psychology. In practice, my work is often quite simple: listening, asking the right questions, structuring discussions, making difficult issues discussable and helping leadership teams move forward.
Many of the most important leadership conversations do not happen in large workshops or formal meetings, but in smaller discussions where difficult issues can be addressed openly and constructively.
My work is always confidential, practical and focused on the real situation of the organisation.
Clarity Begins in the Mind.
